A trek through Greenland
When walking from Greenland to Palmer Lake...
Don't drink from the puddles
Stand in the puddles for maximum cuteness
Inspect the flowers
Inspect plants that aren't quite flowers
Try to look at birds between you and the sun without getting blinded
Watch the flutter-bys
Find Pikes Peak
Smirk at the dad with the camera
Shoot a bird (with your camera, of course)
Watch the bison watching you
Look closely and see Colorado's smaller wildlife
See Palmer Lake in the distance
Be quicker than I when focusing on the giant bumble bee
Be thankful for a full moon as you realize you'll soon be in the dark
Stop to admire the flowers that go on as far as the eye can see
Smell the flowers
Find a frog
Listen to the songs of the red winged blackbirds
Don't miss the birds on the water
Look behind you and see the pink clouds
Start walking earlier so you aren't 2 miles from your destination when the sun disappears
Or maybe, just don't stop to take photos every 20 feet. :)
